How does G‑Floor® help manufacturers and end-users keep trailers safer?

Technically, G‑Floor® trailer flooring can’t help you become a better driver or make trailering practices safer. But, we can help keep the inside of your trailer a safer and more comfortable place for you, employees, guests and equipment. So, we still like to think we are promoting trailer safety in our own special way during the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers’ (NATM) Trailer Safety Week and all 365 days of the year.

Our trailer flooring is engineered for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), business owners, fleet managers and individual recreational enthusiasts and manufactured right here in the USA. G‑Floor Trailer Flooring is used in just about every type of trailer  – Multi-Use Trailers, Toy Haulers. Cargo Trailers, Concession Trailers, Luxury Horse Trailers, Travel Trailers, Utility Trailers, Restroom Trailers and more.

G‑Floor trailer flooring meets US Flammability Standard #302 and DNI requirements, and it is compatible with Ford specification BO 116-03 as well as GM 9070P safety specifications. In addition to being flame retardant, G‑Floor transit flooring is slip-resistant to reduce falls and injuries.

With three different surfaces – DIAMOND TREAD™ (75 Mil base and 110 Mil overall thickness), COIN™ (75 Mil base and 110 Mil overall thickness) and SMALL COIN™ (65 Mil base and 100 Mil overall thickness) – G‑Floor provides thick, cushioned support that is comfortable underfoot for standing and working long hours. Although thick, our trailer flooring is lighter weight, less stiff and easier to move, helping make for a safer installation.

It also keeps your subfloor safe, too! G‑Floor seamless, one-piece vinyl flooring rolls and vinyl flooring mats are 100% polyvinyl, not manufactured using any thermoplastic olefin (TPO) polymer/filler blends or polyvinyl composition tile (VCT) often found in other trailer flooring. That means it is entirely waterproof to protect substrate from moisture, rust, wood rot, chemicals, and cargo and equipment damage. It won’t crack, peel, tear or curl under heavy use and under harsh weather conditions, making G‑Floor more durable than other trailer flooring products found at a comparable price point.
